Freshman Research Scholars Mentor Agreement
Thank you for your willingness to mentor a Freshman Research Scholar. Once the student completes their Progress Report (due November 3, 2023) you will receive an email with a link and password to access the Mentor Agreement, which we ask you to complete by November 17, 2023.
On the Mentor Agreement we ask the mentor to give an overview of the project and tell us what their role will look like. We also ask for a benchmark assessment of the student, so we can compare the student's research capabilities before and after working on the project. We understand some mentors will not yet be able to assess the student, so they can select “unknown”.
