Pre-Research Symposium Information Session | TBD
We will go over details of the upcoming symposium and discuss how to give an effective research presentation, which will prepare you to present your research at the Wentz Research Scholar Symposium.
This is a mandatory event for all Wentz Research Grant recipients.

WENTZ RESEARCH SYMPOSIUM | APRIL 25, 2024
All current Wentz Research Grant recipients will present the results of their research projects at the symposium.

This is a mandatory event for all Wentz Research Grant recipients.
PROGRAM EVALUATION DEADLINE | May 15, 2024
All current Wentz Research Grant recipients are required to submit the Program Evaluation, where they will attach a copy of their research poster as well as their final report. The final report is a written summary of the research project, with a minimum of 5 pages. We appreciate constructive feedback about the program as well as the symposium.
Fall 2023
ORIENTATION MEETING | Times and Dates Sent via Email
Current Wentz Research Award recipients will gather to learn about important program requirements and expectations. Faculty mentors are invited to attend, as well.
This is a mandatory event for all Wentz Research Grant recipients. If you cannot attend, please schedule an appointment with Latasha Tasci at latasha.tasci@okstate.edu.

ETHICS SEMINAR | Virtual
Ethics is of critical importance to the proper performance of research. We will discuss several aspects of the Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) and institutional compliance.

PROGRESS REPORT DEADLINE
To remain eligible for the program scholarship, all current Wentz Research Grant recipients are required to submit the Progress Report, which describes their activities during the fall semester and explains their plans for the spring. A link to this form will be emailed to you during the fall semester. Progress reports are due November 3, 2023.
